Made to Order vs. Pre-Made
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.
Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take 3 to 7 Business Days to be created for you.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancel an Order
Please contact us to cancel you order. If it has not been processed by our fulfillment center we will attempt to stop the shipment. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after orders are placed.
Card companies usually take 3 to 5 days to return the payment back into your account. However, it can take 2 or 3 billing cycles for the refund to show up on your printed credit card statement. Do check with your credit card company.
To Return a Damaged or Wrong Product
If the return is due to a damaged item, or a packing error on our part, the return shipping cost will be refunded to you. These refunds will be for standard USPS first class (or air mail) shipping only and will be for no more than the total shipping amount charged to the customer when the order was placed. Packages sent back using expedited shipping will not receive a full postage refund.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information (I do not personally see your payment information, credit card details, etc- as these are processed securely through PayPal), and the details of the product that you’re ordering.
